Floor Mounted Fast Forge Valve and Air Loaded Prefilling Tank

(Typically used for Pull-Down presses)

Oilgear also offers an option to mount the fast forge valve system at floor level, or sub-floor level in combination with an air loaded prefilling tank.  This system is mainly used for pull-down (inverted presses), although it can also be used for push-down presses.

With the exception of the longer pipe runs to the main cylinder(s) which result in slightly longer compression and decompression times, all of the other features and benefits apply to the floor mounted system.
